Once a connection is made on the platform, users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local labour, employment, and contract laws.

4. No Background Checks

Workmate365 does not currently perform background checks, identity verification, or vetting of jobseekers or employers. It is the user’s responsibility to verify that a job, jobseeker, employer, or work opportunity is suitable and legitimate before engaging in any agreement or employment.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:
– Post false or misleading information
– Discriminate against or harass other users
– Upload malicious software or attempt to interfere with platform operations
– Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
